Marion Bay Progress Association will hold a Special General Meeting on Sunday 1 November 2026, immediately following the Community Meeting commencing at 11:00am at the Marion Bay Community Hall.

The purpose of the Special General Meeting is to consider and vote on the adoption of a proposed new Constitution for the Association.

The proposed Constitution has been prepared following a review of the Association's existing Rules. The changes are intended to update and strengthen the Association's governance arrangements and support its proposed registration with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and endorsement as a Deductible Gift Recipient where eligible.

Members are encouraged to read the proposed Constitution before the meeting.

The Special General Meeting is expected to take approximately 15 minutes.
